Who we are: BotSetu is a service of KSHIRPA, India. Contact: [email protected].
Monthly billing: plans are billed monthly in advance in INR. Setup fees, where shown, are one-time.
Cancel anytime: no lock-in. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded, except for a setup we could not deliver.
Fair use: the AI Phone Receptionist includes up to 200 call minutes a month; extra minutes are ₹3/min, and we'll tell you before charging any. Chat plans are for one business's genuine customer conversations, not bulk or spam messaging.
Message fees are pass-through: WhatsApp (Meta) conversation fees and SMS charges are billed at actual cost, with no markup.
Google reviews & ranking: we improve your profile and ask real customers for honest reviews. We never write fake reviews or offer rewards for reviews. Google controls rankings, so we cannot guarantee any ranking, rating or number of reviews.
GST: prices are shown before tax. GST will be added when applicable, once we are GST-registered.
Your data: your customers' data is used only to run your service. We don't sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
AI accuracy: the assistant can make mistakes. Important details (prices, orders, appointments) are confirmed by you or your staff.
Changes: if we change prices or these terms, we'll tell you at least 15 days before your next bill.
