Questions
Is this allowed by Meta?
Yes. We use Meta’s official Messenger and Instagram Messaging APIs. Nobody logs in as you and nothing is scraped.
Can it reply to comments?
Yes. When someone comments on a post or replies to your story, the assistant can send them a private DM with the answer, within Meta’s rules.
What about difficult questions?
It hands the chat to you and sends a WhatsApp summary, so you can take over in the Instagram or Messenger app.
